林育全，台中人，早先畢業於新埔工專機械科與國立台北科技大學工業設計系，由於擁有兩項專長，踏入社會後就同時從事工業設計與機構工程兩種工作。於2003年參加台灣創意設計中心舉辦之國際人才短訓班，經過一個月的短期歐洲生活後，對歐洲萌生更多的好奇心，於是在2005年暫時告別工作十年的職場生活，遠赴荷蘭台夫特科技大學繼續深造碩士學位，兩年的荷蘭學涯不但充實了工業設計相關知識、認識許多歐洲朋友、獲得短期設計工作經驗之外，他深知工業設計以人為本，必須深入民間才能更了解消費者，於是在課業之餘，更積極參加國際活動，也自助旅行十幾個歐盟國家、足跡遍佈三十五個城市以上。回台之後，除了成立邦博創意有限公司、繼續投入工業設計職場上之外，也受邀到多所學校分享歐洲生活之所學所長。他認為工業設計師除了要滿足消費者需求之外，也要能對設計界有所貢獻，而培養新一代設計師就是其中一份責任。

Yuchuan Lin, born in Taichung Taiwan, previously graduated from Mechanical engineering of St. John's and St. Mary's institute of technology (nowadays, St. John's University) and industrial design of National Taipei University of Technology. Because of these two specialties he was engaged both in industrial design and mechanical engineer. In 2003, after he participated a short-term training of industrial design in the Netherlands for one month, he produced more curiosity to Europe and decided to go to the Netherlands again to do his master program in Technology University of Delft in 2005. During two years study, he learned lots of knowledge related to industrial design, made many European friends and took a part-time job of industrial design in Holland Container Innovations in Delft. Besides he actively joined international activities, traveled to dozen countries, dropped by more than 35 cities because he knew that industrial design is based on human being, so getting close to people was a good way to understand them. After came back to hometown, he established Widespread Innovation co. to keep moving on industrial design work. He was often invited to give lectures in universities to share what he has learned and seen in EU. He always believes that the responsibility of industrial designers is not only to satisfy what consumer’s need, but really need to contribute something for industrial design society. Training up young designers is one of responsibilities for him.
